Refund and cancellation policy
At Wellness Casaa, we provide online mental health counseling services. If the client after having received services is dissatisfied shall not be paid a refund. Refund is applicable only under the following circumstances:
Applicability of refund
- 1.a) The client shall be entitled to claim refund when the deducted amount is higher than the service charge due to technical or accounting error.
- 1.b) If the Counsellor did not attend or reschedule the session.
- Any issue other the cases mentioned above will not be covered for Refund.
- The client dissatisfied with the service provided will not be covered under refund policy.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- 2.a) The sessions are pre booked in advance and we provide cancellation and re-scheduling only 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. The amount paid for cancellation or re-scheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be deducted.
- 2.b) If the Counsellor cancels the session the appointment any time before the session the client will get the session credited without deduction in amount of payment done.
- 2.c) The client will only be allowed to re-schedule the session twice. After two re-schedule sessions client will have to re- book the appointment with deduction of payment done.
Refund process
The client can request for refund sending a mail at wellnesscasaa@gmail.com with the Customer ID and grievance.
Refund shall be processed under the following circumstances:
- 3.a) The amount deducted at the time of payment was higher.
- 3.b) Deductions packaged sessions i.e. if a client has booked for three sessions at Rs. 2979/- and avails service for only one session then the amount refunded back will be Rs 1986+500= Rs 2486. Rs 500/- will be deducted as a charge in lieu of the payment gateway charges and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
